Two Highland Avenue sales anchor active August market in Groveland
Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Groveland between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 11 disclosing a sale price ranging from $10,000 to $987,500 and a median of $569,000. The month's top sale, at an address listed only as "See Record," sold for $987,500 from Thomas J. DePlonty III to Joseph DiRocco. Highland Avenue saw two sales, at $760,000 and $855,000, and eight of the 11 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with none exceeding that mark. Several transfers were trust or estate transactions within the same family, and two purchases were made by LLCs.
