The month's top sale, at an address listed only as "See Record," sold for $987,500 from Thomas J. DePlonty III to Joseph DiRocco. Highland Avenue saw two sales, at $760,000 and $855,000, and eight of the 11 recorded sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with none exceeding that mark. Several transfers were trust or estate transactions within the same family, and two purchases were made by LLCs.
