The month's top sale was 134 King St, Lot 1, which sold for $1,135,000 on Sept. 18 from Chief Properties LLC to Nicholas Richard Evans. Notably, seven of the 15 transfers appear to be trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, none of which have recorded prices yet. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on whether the market favors buyers or sellers this period.
