Groveland home sales range from $120,000 condo to nearly $1 million in latest deed filings
Fourteen properties changed hands in Groveland between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $120,000 for a Washington Street condo unit to $987,500 for the period's top transaction; the median was $569,000. Alyssa Drive and Uptack Road each saw two sales, and five transfers moved property into family trusts without a disclosed price. Two lower-priced sales involved estate representatives selling to LLC buyers. Condominium units and numbered lots accounted for most of the period's activity. The data shows a moderate volume of transactions with prices spread across a wide range, without a single dominant price tier.
